About Us
Our beginnings and Purpose
Absolute Care and Habilitative Services, Inc. was established in 2002 to provide services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Providing residential habilitation, supported living services, personal support, life skills and respite services to person with disabilities. In 2017, we expand our business by adding residential nursing and skilled respite.
The owners Sekinat and Jessie McNeil have compassion for vulnerable youths in our community. With both of their years of experience assisting and being an advocate for person with disability, Jessie McNeil being a motivational speaker and Life Coach, they decided to open a Residential Group Care in 2018 for at-risk youths in our community.
Our Objectives
The goal for Absolute Care & Habilitative Services, Inc. is to create programs that will assist all individuals we serve to be able to accomplish their personal goals, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible. This will be accomplished by creating an environment that enhances the self-direction of
individuals receiving services, maintaining open communication between staff, providers, and residents; insuring internal quality assurance through ongoing assessment; and increasing community awareness, understanding, and acceptance of individuals we serve.
